24/7 remote monitoring

An operator monitors the turbine and its systems in real time on a 24/7/365 basis, responding remotely to control-system messages. Non-critical issues are diagnosed and fixed remotely; on a critical error, the customer's duty staff is promptly notified to dispatch a repair crew.

AMR maintenance & repair

Verification of calculations, periodic analysis of the hardware/software, database backups, communication-channel checks, equipment repair/replacement, data exchange monitoring and software updates.

Data acquisition & SCADA maintenance

Reconciliation of telemetry and signalling between the data system and SCADA workstation, fault analysis and elimination, backups, channel checks, equipment repair and software updates.

Shaft alignment

Using a high-precision SKF laser aligner we align horizontal and vertical shafts, couplings and drive shafts. Accurate alignment lowers vibration, relieves bearings and extends the service life of the whole assembly.

Industrial endoscopic inspection

Modern endoscopic equipment allows inspection inside machines, pipelines and systems without disassembly, capturing images and producing reports — significantly speeding up diagnostics.

Shaft balancing

Unbalanced masses in a rotating shaft cause low-frequency vibration that can bend the shaft and destroy bearing assemblies. Balancing removes their effect.

Proper shaft balancing extends the service life of impellers and rotors by 23–100% and increases their useful power by 10–25%.

Chemical analysis of oils & fluids

Sampling of gearbox oil, brake and hydraulic fluids with subsequent analysis in specialised European laboratories. Data on metal particle content, viscosity and oil condition reveal the machine's internal processes, help schedule maintenance and prevent failures.
