EcoTEK LLC is a full-cycle wind energy engineering company. We support wind farm projects at every stage: from site wind resource assessment and turbine selection to logistics, construction and installation, commissioning, and long-term operation and maintenance.
What we do
- Wind measurements — met mast and LiDAR campaigns, wind resource assessment.
- Turbine selection — optimal WTG choice based on site wind conditions.
- Logistics — delivery of oversized WTG components with full cargo support.
- Wind farm construction — design, civil works, installation, and commissioning.
- Service and O&M — scheduled maintenance, repairs, spare parts, 24/7 monitoring.
- Vibration diagnostics — condition assessment of rotating equipment by vibration spectrum.
Our experience
We have delivered wind farms and standalone turbines across Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan with a total capacity of several tens of megawatts. We work with leading turbine models — Enercon, NegMicon, Tacke, and others — and provide the full equipment lifecycle.
The company's goal is to implement the world's best wind energy practices by adapting them to the specific conditions and requirements of the WTG deployment site, as well as the optimal combination of customer needs with the technical characteristics of the wind turbine.
Experience and Scale
Our specialists have completed 12 projects across Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan — from single industrial wind turbines to wind farms and met masts: 28+ turbines installed with a total capacity of over 26 MW.

Achievements
Wind Measurements for Belarus Ministry of Natural Resources
In 2017, wind measurements were carried out on 5 sites using 100-meter wind measurement masts by order of the Belarus Ministry of Natural Resources, based on which portfolio proposals were formed for investors.
Own Wind Farm
EcoTEK's own wind farm consists of 6 wind turbines and has been operating since 2015.
ComNews Awards 2018
Within the regional energy saving program of the Kaliningrad region (RF) in 2018, a wind farm construction project with an installed capacity of 5.1 MW was implemented, which was awarded the winner's diploma in the «Energy» category.
