Wind turbine in Pudovnya village, Mogilev region, Belarus.
Performed gearbox restoration works for Tacke TW 1.5 wind turbine. The project demonstrates company competencies in mechanical component repairs.
Project stages
- Diagnostics. Vibration diagnostics of the gearbox, defect detection.
- Removal. Removal of the gearbox from the nacelle, transport to the repair area.
- Repair. Gearbox restoration, replacement of worn components.
- Installation & commissioning. Installation of the repaired gearbox, commissioning works.
