
Installation of wind measurement complexes, commissioning and dismantling in the Grodno and Vitebsk regions of the Republic of Belarus.
The project included installation of 5 wind measurement masts 100 meters high with prefabricated lattice construction. Work was carried out in 2017–2018 to assess wind potential in these regions prior to wind farm design.
Development of installation designs for five wind measurement complexes (WMC) at various sites in the Grodno and Vitebsk regions. This stage covered foundation layouts, sensor mounting heights, cable routing, and data acquisition and transmission requirements.

Erection of 100 m lattice masts, mounting of anemometers and wind vanes at several levels, cable installation, and site preparation. All work was performed in compliance with equipment manufacturer requirements and height safety regulations.

Calibration of measuring equipment, configuration of data loggers, verification of readings, and setup of data delivery to the client. After commissioning, the complexes provided continuous meteorological data required for wind resource assessment.

Dismantling of wind measurement complexes after completion of the measurement campaign. This included safe mast and equipment removal, transport from sites, and site restoration as agreed with the client.
